Directions:
Adults and children 11 years and older take two capsules daily. Children 6-10 years old take one capsule daily, preferably with food. Swallow with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Children 6-10 years: 1 capsule daily

Not recommended for children under four: they can find the capsule hard to swallow.
